Democracy: Peri-Internet is a data art visualization representing 779,078 #Biden tweets during the 2020 US Presidential Election based on geolocation and retweet frequency. The CSV data is taken from the publicly available “US Election 2020 Tweets” dataset and demonstrated in Blender Python. The piece serves as a digital 3D web installation communicating the landscape of political discourse in the 21st century.
